The rules for background checks are changed.
Each coach must complete the PA State Police Criminal Background check
and
Each coach must complete the PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form
and
Each coach must complete the Volunteer Qualification Affidavit Form
This is not an overnight turn around on the checks and must be completed in a timely manner.
Once you have ALL forms please follow the PA West instructions to upload the information to your account.
